The Mint has now sold 35,073,500 ounces during the first 9 + months of 2011, surpassing 2010's all-time total of 34,662,500 ounces.
The current 2011 sales pace projects to a year end total of 45.5 million ounces, a 30% yoy sales increase from 2010's record sales!
This would be 5 million ounces above the entire US annual silver mining supply of approximately 40 million ounces, meaning the US Mint will effectively consume EVERY SINGLE OUNCE OF SILVER MINED IN THE US IN 2011 for Silver Eagles, with a 5 million ounce shortfall!
Effectively, not a single ounce of US mined silver in 2011 remains available for solar panels, medical uses, mirrors, water filtration devices, silver embedded clothing, cell phones, flat screen computer monitors and TV's, photography, jewelry, silver rounds, 100oz bars, 1000oz COMEX bars, etc.
One day soon, the massive physical demand for silver will completely overrun fraudulent paper futures COMEX pricing, making paper prices irrelevant, as physical silver becomes completely unavailable at futures market prices.
