各国央行增持黄金 第四期售金协议只出售了0.5吨黄金

近几年全球各国央行一直是黄金净买家，不过也有一些国家的央行在出售，其中比较突出的就是乌克兰。

经历了一系列的不稳局势后，乌克兰目前的黄金储备已经下降了44%至24吨。

另外，在第三期央行售金协议(CBGA)的最后一年，各国央行总共出售了6.8吨黄金，而在第四期售金协议的第一年，各国央行目前只出售了不到0.5吨黄金。由此更可以看出央行对黄金态度的转变。

Moscow (Pravda):  American experts believe that despite the fact that relations between the US and Russia reached the worst point since the Cold War, Putin delivered until Obama only minor troubles. Analysts believe that this is the “calm before the storm.” Putin is going to hit once, but he’s going to hit hard. Russia is preparing the release of evidence of the involvement of the US government and intelligence services in the September 11 attacks.

QUESTION: Mr. Armstrong, its seems rather clear that for the last 30 years you would have been far better off just buying stocks rather than gold. I do not understand how people can even listen to these gold promoters who have no regard for a person’s financial survival. I have to wonder if they are not being paid on the side by the bankers. My question is rather simple. Going into 1999, central banks were selling gold. Now the Swiss voted their central bank can sell off its gold reserves. The new generations do not buy what these promoters keep preaching.The do not believe even owning a home is a form of savings. Will the central banks start selling gold since they are dead broke if not not to try to stimulate the economy since we have negative interest rates? I think you may be correct again but the fundamental may be these people are so broke they sell everything.

黃金現10年來第4次長期買入信號

財經評論員Dominic Frisby週三(2月11日)撰文稱，目前黃金月線級別已經出現過去10年來第四次關鍵的買入信號，儘管未來幾天或幾週或許還會下跌，但從長期投資角度而言，現在購買黃金正是時候。
 
Frisby表示，從下方的黃金月圖來看，2005年末、2007年中、2009年中MCAD雙線都曾出現金叉，對應走勢圖的綠色買入點(箭頭)，且MACD動能柱均位於零值附近。 此外，2007年、2008年以及2​​012年曾出現3次看跌信號(即MACD雙線死叉)。 整體來看，之前6個關鍵結點中只有2007年的看跌信號失效，足以證明準確性之高。

Frisby指出，即便眼下出現這樣的長期買入信號，但未來數日或數周金價可能還會繼續回落，之後才開始啟動大幅反彈。
 
不過，他警告，如果幾個月之後金價延續下跌，並促使MCAD雙線再度死叉，則長期看漲的觀點無法成立。

年度申报文件显示费舍尔拥有超过100万美元黄金ETF

从文件中可看出，费舍尔拥有铂金以及超过100万美元的黄金。

由文档显示，费舍尔拥有超过100万美元的SPDR黄金ETF，ETF实物铂金持有量超过5万美元。

不过从费舍尔整个投资组合来看，贵金属所占比例仍然是比较小的。
